RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
This return and exchange policy applies to
purchases made through the website operated by QUANTUM SİSTEM BİLİŞİM
TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Seller").
1. Conditions for Exchange and Return
– In order to process a return or exchange, the
product must be in its original, unopened box/packaging.
– If the product has been used or installed, no
return or exchange can be processed.
– During a return or exchange, the product must be
sent along with its invoice and all accessories (if any), as well as its
original box/packaging.
– In the event of a manufacturer defect,
the product may be processed after inspection even if the 14-day
return/exchange period has passed.
– The exchange or return of the product can be
carried out via Domestic Cargo using the shipment code 447938655.
2. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal
within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without
giving any reason.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a
written notice must be submitted to the Seller (by post or e-mail).
The product must be sent to the Seller within at
most 10 (ten) days of the notice. If the product is not sent within this
period, the right of withdrawal may be deemed invalid.
After the product reaches the Seller, the amount
paid by the Buyer will be refunded within at most 14 days using the same
payment method used for the purchase.
If the Buyer sends the return shipment via a
carrier other than the Seller's contracted cargo company, the resulting
shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer.
Note: The
right of withdrawal is valid only if the shopper holds "consumer"
status.
3. How Is the Withdrawal Period Determined?
– If multiple products within a single order are
delivered separately, the date of delivery of the last product is taken
as the basis.
– If the product is sent in multiple parts, the delivery
date of the last part is taken into consideration.
– In contracts involving regular delivery of
products over a certain period, the delivery date of the first product
is accepted as the starting point.
4. Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal
Cannot Be Used
– Products whose price fluctuates depending on
movements in financial markets and are not within the seller's control.
– Products prepared in accordance with the
consumer's special requests or personal needs.
– Products that are perishable or may have an
expiry date.
– Health and hygiene products whose packaging has
been opened.
– Products that, after delivery, have been mixed
with other products and cannot be separated by their nature.
– Books, digital content, software, and computer
consumables whose packaging has been opened.
– Periodical publications such as newspapers and
magazines that are not within a subscription.
– Services related to accommodation,
transportation, car rental, food service, and leisure activities that must be
performed on a specific date or period.
– Digital services and digital products delivered
instantly in an electronic environment.
– Services whose performance has begun with the
consumer's consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
– Products manufactured specifically for the
Buyer, used or opened products, and malfunctions arising from use contrary to
the technical specifications or usage instructions of the products.
